A NEW SONG.
To the tune of---O my Kitten, my Kitten.
Supposed to have been sung by Goody N---h, by way of Lulla-
by, to the foundling Popish Quebec Bill.
I.
O my baby, my baby,
And O my baby, my deary,
And was its papa ashamed
To own this bantling here-e;
My dear little Popish puppet,
So like its dad Lord B--te-e,
O naughty papa to drop it,
And the B--ps all sit mute-e.
  Then up with the Papists, up, up,
  And down with the Protestants down-e;
  Here we go backwards and forwards,
  And all for the good of the crown-e.
